Well hola, bonjour, or hello, whichever you prefer. At the moment all three are acceptable. My name is Ian Donnelly Soutar, and I currently live in Oaxaca Mexico on Rotary Exchange. For the meantime, while on exchange, there isn't really much to say. Everything about me is changing, so it's hard to put down anything permanent. I know that I speak english and french fluently, and come year's end I will also be fluent in spanish and then promptly off to learn german. So I guess it's safe to say that I like languages. I also like drawing, and you can link to my Deviant Art page to see some of my work. I like reading and writing, both of which you'll also be able to find at my Deviant Art. I am often seen by my closer friends are rude, but I prefer to call it blunt. If anything so far, Rotary Exchange has taught me this: to learn what I like, and what I don't give a damn about. I believe it's an important thing in life, and it should always be abided by everyone. Sure we all might come off as a little rude, but wouldn't we all be happier withoutselves like that? Well, that's what I think at least. One of my current aspirations in life is to become a world famous author at an early age, much like my idol, Christopher Paolini, author of the book called, 'Eragon' and the sequel, 'Eldest.' I've finished my first novel, 'The Last Stand,' and I am working on a related novel called 'Dragon Seal.' I hope to get them published when I return to my native home, Canada.
